Sanitised facilities. We own and operate all our warehouses ourselves and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all our facilities. In addition to our stringent safety standards, we have further introduced disinfection processes and rigorous sanitation of all locations. Along with sanitisers at all workstations, our employees have the appropriate protective gear to ensure their safety and yours.
Driver hygiene. All our drivers have been trained on hand hygiene best practices as per WHO guidelines. Additionally, they are now sanitising their hands before and after every interaction.
Contactless home deliveries. We have now advised changes to our standard doorstep procedure so that prepaid orders can be left at your door rather than being handed over – to minimize interaction. For all Deliveries our couriers are trained on hand hygiene and will be sanitising their hands before and after every interaction.
To minimalize contact, we accept only credit card or debit card when you pay at your door.
Orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered within 48 working hours (2 days) and Orders placed post 6PM will be delivered within 48 hours from the next day.

No, you won't be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address when our delivery person calls you before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery and if the new changed delivery address is not part of our exclusion list of areas, then delivery may not be fulfilled.
No, Orders placed up to 6pm will be delivered within 48hrs. However due to current Covid19 restrictions it may take longer. Delivery usually occurs between 10AM to 2 PM or 2PM to 6 PM.
We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.
